About the Job

This mid-senior level position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, with a strong background in SIAM principles. You will be responsible for integrating and coordinating multiple service providers, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead service transition projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential in this role, as you will be working under pressure to manage multiple priorities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in service management, with a focus on service transition.
  • Strong knowledge of SIAM principles and certification is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Ability to travel abroad when necessary.
