About Mobinteg

Mobinteg is a specialty software solutions provider with a development center in Lisbon and operations around the globe. We are seeking a highly motivated Management, Sales and Office Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide management support through various tasks related to organization and communication to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Support the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Manage overall HR and accounting administrative issues and procedures.
  • Assure administrative assistant duties, including supplier management, travel and expenses management, meetings and corporate events planning, and office supplies management.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of sales, HR, accounting, and office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
