We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Expert to join our Human Resources function – People Systems and Services team. As a key member of this global and diverse team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective HR operations strategies that meet the needs of our global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement global HR operations strategies that meet the needs of our global organization.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless HR operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams across the organization to ensure consistency and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Highly experienced Business Process Analyst in HR Operations especially in Workforce Administration, with strong expertise in transformation projects, Workforce Administration principles, and best market practices.
- Skilled in multi-country and multi-provider HR service delivery, including full outsourcing.
- Good understanding of HCM systems and dependencies with HR Services (Workday HCM experience preferable).
- Strong solution orientation.
- Able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, empower teams, and thrive in a global, flexible environment.
- English language is a must.
