**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality assistance to clients, resolving their queries through excellent communication skills.

  • Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics with a goal to achieve set targets for customer satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role.
