About This Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Team Lead for Offline Services to join our European team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across multiple markets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead offline customer service teams across Europe, driving process improvements and enhancing service quality.
  • Work closely with global teams to collaborate on process improvements and adopt best practices.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance team performance and consistency.
  • Drive quality improvements by analyzing contact center metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including contact centers.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in managing retail operations, ideally within e-commerce or logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor key performance metrics and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team leads.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a strong asset.
