We are looking for a seasoned Global Customer Support Expert to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on resolving customer issues efficiently. You will work closely with our global teams to ensure seamless customer support across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with other teams to identify recurring problems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live interactions.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting tier 1 technical queries.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (C2 level).
- Fully remote work based in Portugal.
