Job Overview

We are seeking a Video Content Analyst to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Video Content Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining our website's content quality and adhering to our policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Swedish (C1) and English (at least B2 level), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a keen eye for detail, ability to learn quickly, and adaptability to new processes and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily content compliance monitoring and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance user community support
  • Apply analytical thinking to make informed decisions and resolve inquiries based on defined policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve processes and concepts

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing subject matter
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes and concepts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Able to objectively evaluate and classify content
