About Us

HokoCloud is a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Client Relationship Manager to drive sales growth and foster strong partnerships. Our ideal candidate will possess a solid academic background in Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to drive sales of digital products.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with business partners and affiliates to facilitate collaboration and growth.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools.
