About the Role

As a Senior Professional, you will lead the Procurement team assigned to the data centre construction project, ensuring all procurement activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with project goals and client expectations.

The role requires developing and implementing effective procurement strategies tailored to project requirements. This includes services and OFCI equipment procurement & contracting strategy development, pricing mechanisms, negotiating contracts and terms, optioning, cost benefit analysis, cost forecasting, preparing contract documents, drafting terms and conditions, collating Invitation to Tender packages, development of selection and evaluation criteria, managing tender clarifications / returns and down selection process, overseeing the entire procurement process from tendering to contract award, ensuring contract compliance, identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks, leading and mentoring a team of procurement professionals, and collaborating with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with project goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective procurement strategies tailored to project requirements.
  2. Services and OFCI equipment procurement & contracting strategy development.
  3. Pricing mechanisms.
  4. Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure best value and quality.
  5. Optioning and cost benefit analysis.
  6. Cost forecasting.
