About the Role
- As an European Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes and enjoy a seamless experience with our products.
- You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving our platform and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored onboarding plans to ensure new customers achieve their desired outcomes and effectively leverage our platform.
- Promptly address customer concerns, providing empathetic and efficient solutions while exceeding service level expectations.
- Analyze customer success metrics, tracking progress and reporting on customer health to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
- Basic proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
