We are seeking a Labor Law HR Business Partner to join our growing team on a permanent basis in Porto. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters while also supporting the development of HR policies and procedures. You will provide practical guidance and options to support desired business outcomes, ensuring a best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring employees have a positive experience throughout their time with the company
• Addressing employee concerns and managing employee relations cases with professionalism and contributing to a respectful and compliant workplace
• Leading thorough and unbiased investigations into employee concerns, upholding legal standards and company integrity
• Providing support to FinTrU HR Business Partners in delivering HR solutions, support, and advice within a timely manner across the business

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of six years' experience within Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering/Consultancy or Labor Law Advisory role(s)
• Working knowledge of Employment and Labor laws and working practices in Portugal, with a strong working knowledge of current and impending employment legislation
• Experience of managing complex employee relations matters within a professional services environment in an Advisory or Consultancy role, partnering with senior leaders and positively influencing people at all levels within the business
• Ability to identify and proactively assess and mitigate risk to the business and provide commercial solutions for management considerations
