Job Summary

The Global Workforce Planning Operations Manager is responsible for managing headcount budgets and forecasts, as well as their associated forecasted costs. This role bridges the gap between HR and Finance, ensuring accurate headcount and employee cost forecasting, and managing positions within our HRIS system.

About the Role

This is a strategic role that requires a blend of HR and Finance skills to provide accurate and insightful forecasts and exceptional service to internal customers. You'll work closely with HR and Finance teams to manage headcount budgets and forecasts, forecast employee costs, and maintain position data within the HRIS system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage headcount budgets and forecasts in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
  • Forecast employee costs and provide variances rationale to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Maintain and manage position data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Provide high-quality services to internal customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Utilize connecting platform software for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes
  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards on headcount and budget forecasts to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and insights for accurate forecasting
  • Continuously improve forecasting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in headcount forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and position management
  • Proficiency in Anaplan software is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
