About the Opportunity

EVA Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Expert - Norwegian Speaker to join our night shift team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with our customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our Team Leaders, Managers, and Customer Success Team to achieve our goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Project Management: Balance multiple projects with ease, managing different timelines and priorities with confidence.

Requirements

  • Multilingual Superstar: Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory. Bonus points if you speak another language.
  • Experience Counts: Ideally, you have at least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and excited about cars and electric vehicles.
  • The Ultimate Team Player: Energetic, assertive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
