About the Role

The Customer Sales Executive will play a crucial part in our Customer Service team, contributing to sales and retention targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide top-notch service to customers, covering phone, email, and chat communication channels.
  • Deliver accurate product information and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and convert warm leads into subscribers, optimizing sales performance.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions.
Key Qualifications:
  • Native or fluent French speaker (C1 level) with excellent English language skills.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably B2C and outbound.
  • Experience working in the Randstad region.
  • Effective multitasking and system handling abilities.
  • Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve goals.
  • Possess a genuine interest in health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
