The Customer Sales Executive will play a crucial part in our Customer Service team, contributing to sales and retention targets.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide top-notch service to customers, covering phone, email, and chat communication channels.
- Deliver accurate product information and advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and convert warm leads into subscribers, optimizing sales performance.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Native or fluent French speaker (C1 level) with excellent English language skills.
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably B2C and outbound.
- Experience working in the Randstad region.
- Effective multitasking and system handling abilities.
- Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve goals.
