We're seeking a Help Desk Professional to join our team at TN Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers experiencing issues with our products or services.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions to resolve customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution and prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to knowledge base development and share best practices with colleagues to improve overall customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of help desk experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and other IT tools.
