Help Desk Professional
TN Portugal is seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigate customer issues and identify potential solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have strong technical skills, including knowledge of Office 365, Networking, Protocols, and PowerShell. Native/fluent Czech language skills and strong English language proficiency (at least B2 level) are also essential. Experience working with Office 365 Directory Synchronization tool (DirSync) and Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect tool (AD Connect) is highly desirable. You should be resourceful, able to adapt to changing situations, and possess excellent communication skills.
