As an Operations Efficiency Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and elevating our processes to meet the ever-growing demands of a rapidly changing market.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your day will involve running observations and audits to identify areas for enhancement, recommending changes, and implementing new processes using your project management and stakeholder management skills.

**About the Team**

Amazon Logistics handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses, leveraging creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of physical products to our customers. Our goal is to provide a smooth delivery experience, rolling out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, such as Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

We are a people-focused and supportive team, particularly as many of our associates work through the night. We focus on operations, with 24/7 shifts in most of our locations, while our 'on the road' people work with Amazon Flex, a network of delivery contractors.

**Minimum Qualifications**

A degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field is required.
