We're seeking a skilled Mid-Level Marketing Designer to drive our marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content that aligns with our brand's objectives and guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop high-quality visual designs for various marketing materials, including website graphics, landing pages, social media assets, infographics, and digital and print collateral.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to understand project requirements, target audiences, and communication goals.
- Work closely with our senior designer to ensure brand consistency and explore innovation opportunities.
- Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns, events, and other initiatives with our marketing team.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in marketing design, preferably in a tech-savvy or B2B environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital marketing, web and UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (motion design in After Effects is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of design principles, branding, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating standout PowerPoint presentations.
- An understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to translate strategies into compelling visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written skills.
