**Job Summary**

Natixis in Portugal is a Centre of Expertise that transforms traditional banking by developing innovative solutions. As a Senior Communications Surveillance Officer, you will conduct daily surveillance of electronic and voice communications to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and firm policies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct research and investigations to identify potential violations
  • Document research results and escalate violations according to firm policy and regulatory requirements
  • Work with Business Lines, Advisory, and other departments to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in English (at least level C1) and French (level B1)
  • Work or education experience in regulatory, audit, compliance, risk, surveillance, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
