About the Role:

TN Portugal is looking for an experienced Insurance Support Administrative professional to join their team in Lisbon. As an Insurance Support Administrative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and services to customers, including evaluating and managing customer claims, liaising with insurance companies, clients, and service providers, coordinating direct billing processes, handling client portfolios, and processing e-claims and Invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support and services to customers, ensuring timely and fair resolution of claims.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, clients, and service providers, to resolve queries and provide updates.
  • Manage direct billing processes with international providers, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Handle client portfolios with expatriates stationed worldwide, providing exceptional support and services.
  • Process e-claims and Invoicing accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in insurance, particularly in the medical sector, within an international environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented mindset to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in claims management.
