**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Richemont Technology Competency Center (TCC) in Lisbon. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business on major human resources topics and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Admin and Generalist role, with a recognized University degree. Strong knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law and HR practices is required, as well as experience in end-to-end recruitment and a general understanding of HR lifecycle/HR best practices. Governmental institution knowledge is a strong asset.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish trustful relationships between employees, providers, and government institutions
  • Deliver Human Resources Management activities from on-boarding to off-boarding, including all legal requirements
  • Implement HR processes, policies, and tools according to Group practices
  • Provide functional support collaborating with the payroll provider for efficient execution and reporting
  • Maintain and update HR-related databases including HR administration, time management, social insurances
  • Support internal requirements such as ensuring proper completion and submission of reports
  • Process employee enquiries and requests related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Tax
  • Ensure HR administration and compliance
  • Provide advice and coaching to Managers and Employees on HR related matters
  • Facilitate recruitment strategy ensuring the Talent Acquisition process reflects our values and guiding principles
