Administrative Coordinator

Squarespace is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support four Director-level leaders in our Engineering organization. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate communication between leaders and internal management teams, external contacts, and other stakeholders.
- Manage calendars for the Engineering leadership team, ensuring that all meetings start and end on time.
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements, manage expense reports, and handle special projects as needed.
- Assist with the set-up and planning of Engineering team offsites, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate and draft team updates and other communications.
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Solid writing and editing skills.
- Highly organized with superb time management skills.
- Tech savvy, with high proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
