Job Description

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Maintaining regular contact with customers who require assistance or have resumed previous interactions.
  2. Verifying customer requirements and confirming company information to ensure accurate resolution.
  3. Coordinating with suppliers to resolve customer queries.

Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Native or fluent Italian language skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Prior experience in a contact center environment (desired but not required).
