JOB TITLE: Sales Partner & Commercial Effectiveness Partner
You will actively develop international partnerships with external companies to improve healthcare professionals' intelligence and help provide hyper-personalized segmentation capabilities.
By working with sales and product teams, you will support commercial efforts to push our digital capabilities to develop expertise and train on offerings. You will bring a strong business acumen and provide best-in-class consultancy for client projects.
You will support sales teams during client-facing meetings and PowerPoint presentations and will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end projects.
Job Description
- Actively hunt for relevant companies to partner with on data and existing services
- Close relevant partnerships with local and international companies
- Lead and foster meaningful partner relationships
- Lead the design and structure of client presentations, proposals, and reporting
- Lead coordination of digital-first commercial requests and actions between the different teams
- Review and analysis of client requirements and assistance in the development of proposals of cost-effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction
- Develop knowledge of existing services and product portfolio
- Proactively develop broader and deeper knowledge of related consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and participation in training opportunities
- Begins to develop practice-specific subject matter expertise
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience working in digital and data topics (Experience in healthcare would be a plus)
- Solid business development and partner relationship skills
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges and proposals
- Strong business acumen and solid PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other language(s)
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
