We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Algarve Shopping. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and technical equipment of the shopping centre, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including fuel, maintenance supplies, and equipment.
- Implement strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
- Oversee specialty services, such as safety and security, cleaning, and gardening, ensuring high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with officials, such as the fire brigade and police, to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Assess and approve construction projects presented by shopkeepers, working closely with the Operations Manager.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance, repairs, energy consumption, and machine registries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, with solid technical knowledge.
- Experience in managing operations, preferably in a shopping centre environment.
- Strong skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Proficient in MS Office.
