As a Politics and Government Assistant for Social Media, you will be responsible for monitoring online advertisements, detecting potential issues, and providing effective communication with government, political, and advocacy partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor online advertisements for potential issues and troubleshoot them effectively
  • Triage requests from various entities, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Build strong relationships with government, political, and advocacy partners
  • Ensure timely updates on relevant content across social media platforms
  • Provide high-quality email responses to inquiries
  • Escalate matters to relevant departments when necessary
  • Represent the brand positively and consistently
  • Manage job-related administrative tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Hebrew language skills (oral and written) and proficiency in English (at least B2 level)
  • Eligible to work in the EU or hold Portuguese residency status
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
