Account Manager Role



As a core member of our sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our SaaS solution and be able to consult with customers on their internal processes to drive change within their organization.

### Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for paying customers, ensuring client satisfaction and acting as a trusted advisor for their needs
* Manage product adoption and usage, driving customer satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for contract renewals, upsell new features or upgrades, and cross-sell additional services
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and communicate feedback effectively

### Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in mid-market/enterprise sales or account management, with a focus on SaaS
* Proven ability to deliver on complex customer needs, develop new opportunities within their portfolio of accounts, and own the full sales cycle
* Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to analyze usage data, customer feedback, and other KPIs to make informed account decisions
