This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and time management skills. As a Video Content Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing user reports regarding website content, ensuring daily content compliance, and proposing solutions to improve the support of our user community.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch, both oral and written, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review User Reports: Analyze user reports regarding website content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Daily Content Compliance: Monitor and maintain daily content compliance, applying corrective measures as needed.
  • Content Improvement: Propose solutions to improve the support of our user community by reviewing and evaluating content.
Requirements:
  • Languages: Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written, and fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Availability: Able to cover 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.

  • Attention to Detail: Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
