This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Validating complex client data using in-house software
- Preparing accurate IPT returns and associated supporting documentation
- Ensuring all data is accurate and returns submitted within strict deadlines
- Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving client compliance issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- 1+ years of client service-related work experience
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and fluent German or Italian speaker (preferable)
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
Sovos Compliance offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
