Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to support our Finance and Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operational support, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and reporting tasks. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business planning and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Provide critical financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Expense Planning: Manage and plan expenses for selected functions to optimize resource allocation.
  • Month-End Close: Perform month-end close activities, prepare journal entries, and conduct variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Long-Term Planning: Support long-term planning activities to drive strategic growth and development.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc finance analysis and activities to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Project Support: Contribute to FP&A projects locally and participate in wider projects to leverage knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in business or a finance-related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years working in a finance-related field, preferably in FP&A.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
