We have an exciting opportunity for a BPO Turkish Language Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients while working with renowned worldwide brands.

Your main duties will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Providing support and guidance to customers, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of consumer inquiries and feedback on the customer services database

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Turkish (Native)
  • Work Permit Portugal
  • Citizen UEO
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good time management and team spirit
