The VAT team is responsible for VAT and Indirect Tax compliance for Syensqo entities in EMEA. As a VAT accountant, you will work in a multicultural environment and have opportunities to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Extract reports and documents from SAP
  • Prepare and file VAT, Intrastat returns, and EC-Sales Lists
  • Perform checks and manage VAT corrections
  • Reconcile VAT accounts
  • Check VAT invoice requirements and local tax regulations
  • Validate VAT treatment
  • Support VAT audits
  • Other tasks assigned by the Service Billing, Interco, and VAT Team Leader
