About the Job:

This position plays a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with clinical teams is essential to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed.

An additional responsibility includes assisting in the development and implementation of nursing review processes and procedures to optimize data quality and integrity.

Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines, is also crucial.

Your Profile:

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field is required.

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing is necessary.

Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting, is advantageous.

Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research is vital.

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment, are essential.
