Job Summary

The Clinical Research Associate role at Medpace offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of medical therapies and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Through our comprehensive training program, PACE, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role and become a high-functioning independent Medpace CRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
  • Communicate with medical site staff to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, and resources to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and verify medical records and research source documentation against case report form data.
  • Assess patient recruitment and retention success and provide suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a university degree in a health or life science related field.
  • Approximately 60-80% travel.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in time management.
