The European Business Development Manager Role

The European Business Development Manager is responsible for translating vendor growth plans into strategic business opportunities in Europe. This role requires collaboration with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities.

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence in Europe.
  • Identify and engage potential distribution partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Drive product adoption through effective communication and value proposition.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance.

Key Skills and Experience

This role requires:

  • Minimum 3 years of European business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • IT company experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and industry trends.
