The Role
We seek a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager – either an individual or an agency – to manage the end-to-end process of content creation, posting, and performance analysis across multiple social media platforms. This role requires expertise in video editing, graphic design, and strategic social media management to elevate our brand presence and engagement.

This position involves:
• Video Content Creation: Editing and producing high-quality, engaging videos for daily posting, conceptualizing and executing creative video advertisements, and blending impactful visuals and storytelling.
• Social Media Management: Handling content posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication.
• Graphic Design: Designing static images, carousels, and other creative assets using advanced graphic design techniques, creating both static and video-based creative content for organic SM and advertisements.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics across all social media channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategies based on data.
• Collaborations and Partnerships: Identifying and establishing connections with customers and influencers for UGC (User-Generated Content) collaborations, researching and developing partnership opportunities.
• Content Planning and Strategy: Developing and executing creative concepts for campaigns that align with brand objectives, maintaining a cohesive and visually appealing brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements include proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media management, proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent, in-depth knowledge of best practices for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts, strong organizational skills for content planning and calendar management, analytical skills to assess performance data and adjust strategies as needed, creativity and a keen eye for detail in visual storytelling, and experience with influencer outreach and collaboration.
