In Insurance & Risk Management (IRM), we focus on being trusted advisors by connecting with business colleagues and understanding their needs. We manage risk, deliver quality insurance products, and protect employees, assets, and liabilities across the group. As our business grows, we seek talented professionals to join our EMEA region.

Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Risk Insurance Specialist to advise Business Units within assigned geography on customer insurance products, technical coverage/pricing topics, and day-to-day activity administration. This role involves managing customer insurance, assisting business growth, and meeting overall business objectives set by Customer Insurance Managers at country level, Group guidelines, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising Business Units on customer insurance products and technical coverage/pricing topics.
• Managing day-to-day activity and administration related to customer insurance.
• Assisting the business with growth in sales and overall business objectives.
• Achieving 'best in class' standards and promoting a positive IRM service provision to customers.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and providing timely responses to ad-hoc queries.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have over 2 years of experience in customer insurance support, gained in a large multinational transport and logistics company, insurance broker, or cargo insurer. You must be able to analyze data and provide actionable insights, possess excellent project management, facilitation, and presentation skills, and be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
