We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group Tobacco Service B.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing balance confirmations, overseeing provisions and accruals, and ensuring the timely closure of the AR subledger.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Recognition and Accruals: calculate and determine revenue accruals for unbilled or unreceived revenue.
  • Account Reconciliations: perform customer balance confirmations and reconcile accounts to maintain AR sub-ledger accuracy.
  • AR Reporting and Analysis: prepare detailed records and reports that offer insights into financial performance and potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement: conduct root cause analysis to support process enhancements and drive efficiency initiatives.
  • Learning and Development: proactively participate in training (e.g., S4 HANA) and work closely with the AR Process Area Lead to enhance technical knowledge and skill sets.
