About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional with 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment to join our team. You will be responsible for:
- Actively coordinating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and working closely with local and international account managers to explore hiring opportunities;
- Leading regular follow-ups on open positions and sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn);
- Leveraging social media and networking to promote our company as an employer of choice;
- Planning and executing interview and selection processes, including screening calls, technical assessments, and in-person interviews;
- Assisting candidates with related orientation and ensuring compliance with immigration processes;
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
- Developing strategies to attract talent, including fostering partnerships with key universities and participating in industry and sector-relevant job fairs and conferences;
