We're seeking an experienced Display Advertising Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the European Jobs Ads Market.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in platforms like Criteo, RTB House, DV360, and AdRoll to design, execute, and optimize data-driven display campaigns. You'll drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities will include campaign management, dynamic product ads, platform expertise, performance analysis and reporting, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, and industry innovation.

  • Campaign Management:
    • Design, launch, and optimize display advertising campaigns across multiple DSPs.
    • Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Dynamic Product Ads (DPA):
    • Manage and refine dynamic product catalogs to ensure accurate, real-time synchronization with inventory and customer behavior.
    • In charge of display marketing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to generate and manage diverse feeds necessary for DPA.
    • Create personalized ad experiences using product feeds, segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Platform Expertise:
    • Serve as subject-matter expert for Criteo, RTB House, DV360, staying updated on platform updates and best practices.
    • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, or integration issues related to DSPs and other advertising platforms.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
    • Generate actionable insights and present recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms to meet ROI targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with acquisition, creative, product, and sales teams to align ad messaging with brand guidelines and promotions.
    • Work with developers to ensure seamless catalog feed integration and data accuracy.
  • Industry Innovation:
    • Stay ahead of trends in programmatic advertising, AI-driven bidding, and dynamic creative optimization.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in display advertising. Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Criteo, RTB House, DV360, or AdRoll is required. Proven success in dynamic product catalog management and product feed management for display advertising is essential.
