We are seeking a talented WMS Support Technician to join our team at Generix. As a collaborative supply chain solutions expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless exchange of goods and data across the globe. Our platform optimizes physical flows by coordinating the entire supply process, from production to delivery, using our WMS, TMS, RMS, and VMI solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving tickets (incidents and requests) for Generix Group solutions installed at customers' premises within deadlines and defined contractual framework. You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve Level 1 tickets, escalate incidents and requests with necessary information when upper-level intervention is required, and ensure follow-up of interactions (opening, closing, relaunching, customer notification, completion of technical information, and escalation actions).
You will guarantee appropriate communication with customer's end-users for reported incidents and requests until resolution, reassign out-of-scope requests to appropriate department(s), follow escalation instructions, and communicate critical incidents. You will understand and apply procedures and instructions, and deliver patches to customers' release team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Analytical thinking skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluency in French and English;
- Good level of Spanish and/or German;
- Knowledge in Supply Chain area;
- SQL skills;
- Team spirit and autonomy.
