Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Plummy Games. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and other internal processes. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with local regulations. Additionally, you will coordinate invoices processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and support the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures. If you have a strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian/Moldovan labor laws, and payroll processes, and are proficient with HRIS systems, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, and other internal processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate invoices processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Support the development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

- 1+ years in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian/Moldovan labor laws, and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+).
