About Us

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Head of Custody. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team management;
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the activities of the Custody area, to ensure smooth functioning of activities, acting on Settlement, Asset transfer, Security Master File, Corporate Actions, Derivatives and Pricing execution;
  • Monitor and reinforce the full implementation of the Department Mandate;
  • Manage the available resources and monitor continuously the evolution of business;
  • Monitor the processes, evaluating their risks, and developing improvement plans, in order to ensure full compliance with the standards and procedures and risk mitigation;
  • Generate and control Quality indicators;
  • Coordinate processes and their steps with other areas;
  • Keep administrative tasks updated, such as system accesses, vacation plan, team coverage etc.;
  • Participate in and contribute to the team annual performance review;
  • Coordinate the functional analysis for the development and implementation of operational support systems;
  • Manage validation tests regarding software upgrades and new products implementation;
  • Monitor Audit and Compliance requests;
  • Supervise and ensure the quality of the customer service;
  • Work closely with other departments and units to ensure SLA is delivered;
  • Develop and implement action plans to resolve issues, OROs and Audit Points.
