**Accounting Position in a Dynamic Environment**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant (M/F/D) to join our team in Porto. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough reviews of invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations;
  • Obtain approval for invoices and manage the accounting process from start to finish;
  • Analyze and book invoices for payment, ensuring timely and efficient processing;
  • Maintain regular communication with departments to guarantee consistency and accuracy in PO's and requests for payment;
  • Oversee the high-quality delivery of Accounts Payable, BTE (Business Travel Expenses), VAT Invoice Allocation;
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure transparency and trust in our financial dealings.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Experience in Accounting (Portuguese law) is highly valued;
  • Familiarity with taxation laws and regulations;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Availability and sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and expectations;
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
