Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior UAV Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team transforming maritime surveillance and making a significant impact on global safety.
Responsibilities- Plan and conduct validation flights of airworthy aircraft to ensure safe delivery to customers and internal operations.
- Maintain currency and competency through regular training and updates.
- Complete all documentation as required according to regulatory and policy requirements.
- Perform instructional duties at the request of the Integration Production Manager / Production Director.
- Evaluate and report any issues with aircraft during validation flights.
- A1 and A3 certificates.
- Good level of Maths & Physics.
- High level of situational awareness.
- Excellent problem-solving approach, being well-organized and a good team player.
- Diplomatic and charismatic communication skills.
