We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Pricing and Support Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer database updates, ensuring the accuracy of pricing data, and maintaining pricing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handles customer database updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance
  • Guarantees the accuracy of pricing data in ERP systems
  • Maintains pricing processes and documents any changes
  • Reviews and administers price deviations and exceptions
  • Responds to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees
  • Effects promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories
  • Provides support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service with a minimum of 1 year in a data maintenance role (Pricing)
  • Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives
  • Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times
  • Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile preferred
  • Excellent written communication in English + one other European language
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning
  • Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
  • Basic Excel Skills
