**Job Description**
- As a key member of our Backoffice Area team, you will oversee cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and ensure pending tasks are addressed.
- You will support the City Manager and represent them when necessary.
- In the Administrative Area, you will be responsible for managing stock orders, lost and found items, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
- As a primary point of contact in the Customer Service Area, you will assist guests with check-in, city information, and other queries.
**Requirements**
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
- You must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills is required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are necessary.
