Pestana Douro Riverside seeks an experienced Upscale Guest Experience Manager to enhance our guests' stays.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with departments to analyze customer feedback and improve overall ratings.
  • Provide proactive support to guests, anticipating and resolving issues.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with staff to ensure prompt resolution of guest requests.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven track record in guest relations management or similar role.
  • Knowledge of hotel management best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.
