We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. If you possess fluency in Portuguese and English, previous experience in social media moderation or content management, and a passion for digital communities, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate and manage user-generated content in Portuguese across various social media platforms
- Engage with the community, responding to inquiries and fostering discussions
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies
