Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SolidNetworks Business Consulting. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Head of Unit and contribute to the recruitment process, leave management, and contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Unit, including tasks such as preparing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including publishing job postings, registering candidate applications, and preparing selection materials.
- Support leave management, including tracking employee leave, managing vacation requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with contract renewals, including reviewing and updating contracts, and ensuring timely renewals.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
- Customer-oriented, autonomous, and organized.
